i have been teaching yoga for over fourteen years and have an international following on line.I specialize in zen yoga and work with students from the USA to the Middle east. It is truly a privilege to help people from all over the world to find a way of keeping healthy in the body and mind .

 

 Yoga is an exercise system that allows the practitioner to release tension held in the body, which in turn releases tension in the mind.

On a health level, our yoga practice works on the meridian lines running through the body which correlate to different organs and different emotions. We gently contract and stretch these meridian lines inducing the flow of energy to return back to the body.  Our internal eco-system may then heal itself naturally, gently and without effort.

Learning should be fun and the yoga on this site should help you enjoy being healthy. Finding out what kind of yoga your body enjoys and how to do this with a gentle attitude while caring for yourself 

 

Every person benefits from doing yoga - no matter how old or young. They will always get better at it; more flexible, more toned and even learning how to "let it go".  

YOGA CLASSES

Mondays- gentle yoga for all abilities delivers strengthened bones. Reduced stress, improved sleeping habits. Enhanced balance, flexility, mobility and strength. Alleviate aches and pains. It doesn't ask you to get into un-realistic postures but works with who and where you are today .Its not an all young class with people trying to look good . It has students connecting with their bodies in a kind , loving and gentle way . 

KUNDALINI YOGA

Private classes available on request-The purpose is to promote spiritual enlightenment, ease stress and anxiety, improve cognitive functions and boost self-perception and self appreciation.

JAPANESE FLOW YOGA

Private classes available on request -Improves endurance and strength, challenging poses and gentle beginners poses are done in quick succession. This work will burn calories, improve body/mind awareness. Enhance agility and grace.
